Umeda subway stop is a few steps away from the place, some 5 minutes on foot. If you are going to visit shinsaibashi shopping, you can stay here. If you want to eat nearby, try harbs daimaru umeda, which is situated 100 ft away.

walking distance to universal studios japan. i recommend you to eat at hanadako, that is set 700 feet away. the hotel was really close to osaka train station.
